FERDIS Piano Duo is synonymous with extraordinary musical talent, appreciated throughout Italy and abroad, founded on the artistic partnership of Federico Ferlito and Federico Distefano.
The duo was formed at the Conservatory of Catania and, after a long artistic journey, continued its development at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana in Lugano under the guidance of Anna Kravtchenko. The artistic experience gained has brought the duo a naturalness of simultaneous gesture, exceptional understanding and great character.
Regularly active in concerts throughout Italy, FERDIS retains a project-led spirit: an in-depth exploration of repertoire from Baroque to contemporary music through original works, arrangements and transcriptions.
